The mission of The Land Office is to provide the most accurate and reliable business consulting and agricultural management service available to our customers.
We have found that most people don't know where to turn for help regarding business and financial ideas. Our goal is to help our customers receive needed funds through applying for grants, and administering the grant money. We can also help you prepare cash flows, feasibility studies, and write business plans.
Our specialty areas are rural economic development and value-added agriculture. Because we live in the sparsely populated area of the Nebraska Panhandle, we are intimately aware of the challenges facing rural businesses and are uniquely qualified to work with you.
