Grant Writing and Consulting

The Nebraska Department of Economic Development requires all CDBG funds--including grants awarded to businesses, cities, or counties--to be administered by a certified administrator. Elton Tophoj has successfully completed the Nebraska Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program's certification training, and is now certified to administer CDBG Program projects through July 31, 2004.

Elton offers grant writing and administration services to communities in the Nebraska Panhandle from his Oshkosh office. He is eager to work with rural communities who need grant money for growth, but don't know where to start.Some of the services he offers are:
